Shipping in an item for service?  Simply complete the form under the REPAIRS section and include it in with your shipment.  You will be emailed a repair ticket with a confirmation at the time your item is completed. Please be as descriptive as possible and you will be contacted with a credit card number prior to the repair being completed. A return UPS shipping charge will be applied unless you wish to pick up the item personally.


All customers dropping of their items will receive an emailed repair ticket. Some internet mail domains (i.e. Earthlink & Hotmail) have very aggressive spam filters. If you did not receive an email you can also check the status by clicking Enter your telephone number when prompted and do not include spaces or dashes.


All in-stock items ship within 24-48 hours or two business days via UPS. Orders exceeding $99.00 receive free shipping within the Continental United States. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii must ship through the US postal system and those fees will be applied at checkout. Drop shipments can take up to three days from the time the order if processed until it is released. A tracking number will be applied to each order.
For single accessory item(s) that are able to be shipped via flat-rate via the USPS, a fee of $10.00 will be applied to all qualifying orders at checkout and sent within 24-72 hours. All orders which exceed $99.00 receive free complementary shipping. USPS flat rate orders do not have tracking numbers.
Need it there faster? We can make that happen. Overnight, 2nd Day and Third Day Air services are available. Simply note your order at checkout and we will contact you with the cost difference between free ground shipping and the delivery service requested. These charges will be processed separately and your credit card will not be charged until these fees have been approved.
All international orders are shipped via the USPS. Some shipments to Canada can be shipped via UPS and that will be determined when the order is processed. International shipping charges will be applied at the time of check-out and a tracking number will be applied to each order.  All international orders will ship within 24-72 hours provided the item is in stock and not on back-order or has to be ordered from the vendor.



If you purchased a product through our store or website and found the same product at a lower price simply email us the link and we will gladly refund the difference within 30-days of the purchase.  (This offer does not apply to discounted closeout items or items that are advertised but are no longer available.)


If the item you purchased did not work out please contact us via email.  We offer a 14-day money back guarantee and will issue you a refund items which have not been used or worn minus the initial shipping charges. Want to make an exchange?  We will ship you the exchanged item at no additional shipping charge. (Sorry, this offer does not apply to international shipments.)


We do not sell or distribute individual parts at this time. In many cases the manufacturer no longer carries the same part that came with your suitcase which requires us to retrofit or attempt to source another part in order to make it work. If you wish to purchase an individual part for your suitcase please contact the manufacturer of your bag directly.
